- IT Law, Online Legal, Telecommunications and the Law, Domain Law, Privacy law, Protection of personal rights (Bildrecht, informational self determination etc),
- Competition Law,
- Antitrust, Procurement law, ,
- Food Law, pharmaceutical legislation,
- Energy business law, Energy antitrust law and
- international legal questions on the above IP / IT / TK / technology law- Areas as well as the contractual arrangements required in this context (License agreements, IT Contracts, Energy supply contracts, TC contracts, Publishing contracts, Band takeover contracts, Agency contracts, Artist contracts, Sponsoringverträge, Terms and Conditions, atypical individual contracts) and representation (also before arbitration and ordinary courts).
We use ra-micro as law firm software, work with the usual Office products and do approx. 80% of everyday office life digital, For example,. per eMail. You always have the latest hard- and software at personal disposal. Of course, you can also exchange ideas with colleagues at any time, as with all employees of the law firm.
