- Energy business law, Energy antitrust law and
- international legal questions on the above IP / IT / TK / technology law- Areas as well as the contractual arrangements required in this context (License agreements, IT Contracts, Energy supply contracts, TC contracts, Publishing contracts, Band takeover contracts, Agency contracts, Artist contracts, Sponsoringverträge, Terms and Conditions, atypical individual contracts) and representation (also before arbitration and ordinary courts);
- general civil law / national and international commercial law;
- general and special public commercial law.
